Driving Inclusive Tourism Forward: Acienda Designer Outlet at GETS Expo 2026
Acienda Designer Outlet proudly joined the Global Exchange Tourism Summit (GETS), a Tourism Expo held last March 27, 2026, at The Bellevue Hotel, Alabang—a fruitful gathering of over 400 buyers and sellers, alongside key leaders and stakeholders from both the public and private sectors, all working together to advance inclusive, sustainable, and globally competitive tourism in the Philippines. This meaningful initiative was organized under the leadership of Ms. Lorilyn Tepora, Chairperson of the Global Exchange Tourism Summit, and Founder & Chairman of CAITO–Calabarzon, whose vision continues to strengthen collaboration across industries and regions.
As emphasized by Secretary Sabuddin N. Abdurahim, “Investing in Halal is investing in the stability and prosperity of Filipino families of tomorrow.” Sophia Padilla further highlighted that Halal Tourism is not only about travel, but also about building respect, dignity, and stronger collaboration between sectors while expanding opportunities in both local and international markets.
